August 1999 Stuart N. Brotman Appointed as a Senior Mentor of the Henry Crown Fellowship Program at The Aspen Institute
Stuart N. Brotman has been named a Senior Mentor of the Henry Crown Fellowship Program at The Aspen Institute. Crown Senior Mentors are recognized leaders representing the highest standard of business and
professional achievement. They are paired with outstanding young leaders selected as Crown Fellows to provide guidance throughout the course of the two-year Crown Fellowship Program.
"The contribution of these mature business leaders is critical to the overall success of the Crown Fellowship Program," says Keith Berwick, executive director of the Program.
Designed to develop the next generation of innovative, socially responsible leaders, the Program honors executives under the age of 45 who have already amassed a record of professional success, leadership ability, and community involvement. The Program is funded by the Henry and Gladys Crown Charitable Trust Fund. It honors the life of Chicago industrialist and philanthropist Henry Crown, a strong proponent of ethical values in business. The Aspen Institute provides non-partisan seminars and policy programs for leaders in business, government, the media, education, the arts and the independent sector from democratic societies worldwide.
